Motorcycle Superstore Shipping Information

Shipping and Handling

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on order value unless oversized.
• Shipment Methods: Motorcycle Superstore's standard shipping time is two business days via Federal Express (tires and oversized items ship via Federal Express or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address (no PO Boxes). Shipping available to US, APO and Canadian addresses only.
• Delivery time:  Allow 2-7 working days for delivery of non-backordered items. Delivery during the Christmas season may require additional shipping days.
• In-Stock Items Shipping Deadline: Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 1pm Pacific Time usually ship the same business day. This can change based upon order processing approval and when the warehouse receives the pick ticket.
• Shipping Origin: Medford, OR; USA
• Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will be shipped together, if possible.
• Handling Fee:  Handling fees are charged on tires and oversized items. Handling fees are also charged on shipments to the following destinations: Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. The actual charges vary.
• Tracking Number: On the day your order ships, you will receive email notification of the shipment along with Federal Express or UPS tracking information.
• Canadian & Puerto Rico Fees: Any duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and payable at time of delivery. These fees are over and above the shipping cost charged by Motorcycle Superstore.
• FedEx or UPS Ground - Leave At Door
  FedEx Ground, FedEx Air and UPS Ground will leave packages at your door. FedEx Air shipments to business addresses will require a signature for delivery.
